Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodiment, she helps clients uncover the roots of recurring struggles and cultivate the inner conditions that allow meaningful transformation to emerge.
Emily trained through IFSCA and is a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher, a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator in the work of Brené Brown, and an AmSAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher.
